Can I edit the website myself?
Yes. The aim is to make your everyday page content editable in WordPress and provide a handover. Major layout or functionality changes may still need technical help.
What do I need before we start?
Bring your business description, services, contact details, logo and any existing content. If these are incomplete, we can agree a content-planning or branding stage first.
Can you work with my hosting or add an online store?
We can review your existing hosting before agreeing the build. Stores, payment connections, bookings and other integrations need a separate scope so their technical and ongoing costs are clear.
Brand Identity and UI Design
Can I start with just a logo or business card?
Yes. We can define a small, focused design project and add supporting materials when you need them.
Does UI design include building the app?
No. UI design covers the agreed user journeys and interface designs. Software development is a separate piece of work; a website build can be discussed through the web design service.
Can you improve my existing identity?
Yes. Share your current files, what you want to keep and what is not working. We can assess whether a careful refinement or a wider redesign fits your goals.
Product Design
Can I bring an idea without drawings or a prototype?
Yes. We can start by documenting the problem, use case and requirements before deciding which design outputs will be most useful.
Will you manufacture the product?
This service focuses on research, design direction and prototype planning. Any fabrication or manufacturing support must be separately assessed and agreed.
Can this connect with research or founder advisory?
Yes. We can scope related work to examine your target users, product positioning or business model alongside the technical direction.
Founder Advisory and Coaching
Do I need to have an established business?
No. You can start with an early idea, an existing business or a specific decision you want to think through.
Can we meet online if I am outside Kenya?
Yes. Remote collaboration is part of the service. We agree a suitable time, meeting platform and how to share any preparation materials.
Will you build the website or brand as part of coaching?
Not automatically. If practical design or research work is needed, we can define it as a separate service with its own deliverables.
Market Research and Product Strategy
Can you research a market outside Kenya?
We can discuss remote desk research for your intended market. Any local interviews, fieldwork or specialist data access must be assessed before we agree the scope.
Do you interview customers as part of every project?
No. Interviews and surveys are included only when the research plan covers participant access, recruitment, consent and analysis. A desk-research project is clearly identified as such.
What will I receive at the end?
The proposal will specify the outputs. These can include a source-backed findings summary, competitor comparison, audience hypotheses and recommended next tests.
Digital Solutions
Can you work with tools we already use?
Yes. We first review what you have and whether it can support the agreed workflow. A new platform is not always necessary.
Does this include a custom app or unlimited IT support?
No. This service focuses on defined, practical improvements. Larger software builds and ongoing support need a separate assessment and agreement.
Will I own the accounts used for my business?
We agree account ownership and access as part of the setup. Business accounts and subscriptions should remain under your control, with clear handover arrangements.
