Planning your enquiryWhat to share and what happens next

A useful first message

You do not need a finished brief to get in touch. A short introduction gives us a starting point. If you can, include:

  • Your name, business or project, and where you are based.
  • The service you are interested in and the problem you want to solve.
  • Who your customers or intended users are.
  • Any existing website, logo, drawings or materials that help explain the work.
  • Your preferred timing, an available budget range if known, and whether you prefer an online meeting.

What happens next

01 / Understand the request

Kevin reviews your message and clarifies any missing information before recommending a next step.

02 / Agree the engagement

If the work is a fit, we discuss a focused consultation or project proposal, including scope, fees and timing.

Working across locations

Nerdcorp is based in Kenya and welcomes remote enquiries from elsewhere. Tell us your time zone and preferred meeting windows so we can agree a suitable online conversation.

Please do not send passwords, payment details or sensitive customer data in your first message. If a project requires access to systems or confidential material, we will agree an appropriate way to share it.
